LEMA Financial is offering two ways to receive a payment for helping us build our business. This offer applies to all apartment loans of 5 units or more and commercial loans -- see Loan Programs for qualifying properties. It is easy to earn a fee by doing either of the following:

Option 1 - Refer someone to us in need of a commercial loan and receive $500.00 once loan is closed/funded. A telephone number and name of borrower is all that is needed. Please click the link to Referral form to introduce us to your contact.

Option 2 - This option is more suited for Attorneys, CPAs, Financial Planners, Real Estate Brokers and Residential Mortgage Originators where minimal information is required in order to receive 50 basis points once the loan is closed/funded. For example, a $2,000,000.00 loan amount would garner a $10,000.00 commission check. Not a bad payment for just providing the following:

Download or print NEW LOAN REQUEST SUBMISSION FORM and complete in its entirety (completed by affiliate).

Have the borrower complete the information requested on the Apply Online link.

Schedule a telephone appointment between borrower and Robert Cullen (telephone listed below). A 3-way conference call is okay.

Forward New Loan Request Submission Form and the information requested on the Apply Online link by either email or regular mail. Name of borrower(s) should be the same on both the submission form and loan application. Complete all three steps listed above and you will receive payment once the loan is funded. Contact Robert Cullen for further details and request a Broker Agreement if you like. This way you are assured of being paid.

Either of the above two options will put money in your pocket once we have had a chance to prove ourselves as a viable funding source. We look forward to serving both you and the person you refer to us.

DISCLAIMER: Referral fees are paid when appropriate, ethical and permitted by law. Payment of Option 1 referral fee applies to the initial introduction of a prospective borrower to LEMA Financial. Option 1 referral fee is a one-time payment only to one individual--not applicable if prospective borrower does multiple loans through LEMA Financial. Option 2 applies to each loan submitted to LEMA Financial. Maximum Option 2 payment allowed on each qualifying loan is $25,000.00. Payment on either option is paid after loan is funded and to a party other than the borrower or a family member of the borrower.
